Upper Beach Health + Wellness – Toronto East End (Woodbine & Gerrard St. E.)

We are a multidisciplinary, community-focused clinic in the Upper Beach that emphasizes functional rehabilitation through hands-on therapy, education, and a team-based approach. Our practitioners include Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture & TCM, and Mental Health Counselling. We work closely together, co-treat clients, and support one another in delivering excellent care.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Highly competitive split:
- 65% to the therapist with a monthly cap (typically achieved within 3 weeks)
- After reaching the cap, 90% goes to the therapist.
- Clinic rate: $130 (+HST) for a 60-minute massage.
- All essentials included: electric table, linens, table warmer, and Bluetooth speaker.
- Full-time administrative support: onsite reception handling all front-desk operations.
- Jane App EMR access for seamless scheduling, charting, and billing.
- Large treatment rooms with additional shared space for acupuncture and rehab exercises.
- Street-level exposure with steady foot traffic and a TTC streetcar stop at the door.
- Supportive, collaborative team environment where cross-referrals are common.

PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll bring your own lotion (and any tools you prefer such as for cupping or acupuncture). Everything else is supplied.

Shifts are 5–6 hours (5 clients per shift) to ensure sustainability and prevent burnout.





Current shift availability:

Monday: 8 am–1 pm and/or 1 pm–7 pm

Tuesday: 8 am–1 pm and/or 1 pm–7 pm

Wednesday: 8 am–1 pm and/or 1 pm–7 pm

Thursday: 8 am–1 pm and/or 1 pm–7 pm

Friday: 8 am–3 pm

Saturday: 9 am - 3pm

- (Our morning shifts are consistently busy and well-booked.)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and professional RMT who thrives in a collaborative clinic setting.

The ideal candidate is:

- Licensed, registered, insured, and in valuable standing with their professional association.
- Personable with excellent patient rapport.
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable.
- Committed to growth and continuing education.
- A team player who thinks outside the box.

Assets (not required):

- Fascial Stretch Therapy
- Pre/post-natal experience
- Deep tissue and injury treatment
- Acupuncture or other adjunct therapies
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Visceral
