At the RAH ICU, a 29-bed unit, the successful Registered Nurse will engage with critically ill patients and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. As part of an integrated care model, you'll ensure safety, advocate for patients, and promote health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in critical situations
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care consistently




- Educate and support patients and families about health needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient safety

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP)
- Recent ICU experience or completion of Critical Care course
- Solid communication and organizational skills
