Your responsibilities include delivering family-centered services and supporting wellness for patients in the Inpatient Surgical Unit through comprehensive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual patient needs and plan nursing care
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices and evaluations
- Provide valuable learning experiences for patients and families
- Engage in continuous career development and competence
- Schedule shifts autonomously as a part time nurse
Requirements:
- Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR certification requirements
- Preferred 1 year of pediatric surgery experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must complete Vulnerable Sector Check
