Maliya Wellness Centre for Women, Teens & Children is seeking an experienced Registered or Provisional Psychologist with a passion for working with children and adolescents to join our established multidisciplinary team in Cochrane, Alberta.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist looking to build a thriving practice without having to build it from the ground up. Maliya is a busy, established clinic with an immediate need for child and adolescent psychology services and an existing referral base.
Our ideal practitioner enjoys working with children and teens and is also comfortable supporting adult clients.

About the Role You will provide evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural,
developmental and relational concerns.
We are looking for someone who values compassionate, client-centred care and enjoys being part of a collaborative clinical environment.
There is an opportunity to build a full caseload of approximately 20–25 clients per week, depending on your desired schedule and availability.
Qualifications
Candidates must
- Be a Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist eligible to practise in Alberta
- Hold a Master’s degree or higher in psychology or a related qualifying discipline
- Have experience working with children and adolescents; 2+ years preferred
- Maintain professional liability insurance
- Be available for a combination of daytime appointments, with some evening and/or Saturday availability preferred
- Participate in our monthly clinical team meeting on the second Friday of each month
