- Prepare and administer medications in line with regulations
- Follow up on resident concerns with diligence
- Support residents' self-sufficiency and promote wellness
- Complete assessments and care plans within set timelines
- Mentor unregulated care workers effectively
Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current license
- At least one year of Geriatric Nursing experience
- Certificates in BCLS and Medication Administration

- Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
