As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will support the Director of Wellness in developing comprehensive health plans and maintaining compliance.

This temporary position requires you to work three days a week, providing essential nursing care while collaborating with various healthcare entities. Proven nursing experience and supervisory skills are vital for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and uphold wellness plans for each resident
- Manage and document health records diligently
- Step in for the Director of Wellness when needed
- Liaise with Ontario Health at Home and external services
- Promote Health and Safety policies throughout the residence

Requirements:

- RPN designation with active registration
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Experience overseeing staff teams in healthcare
- Familiarity with MS Office and relevant nursing softwares
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
