Build a psychology practice with time for careful formulation, appropriate treatment and a considered therapeutic environment.

AuraWell Health is a new Nurse Practitioner-led clinic developing a multidisciplinary team. We welcome a practitioner seeking an ongoing professional home, with shared respect for clinical judgment, patient dignity and reliable communication.

This opportunity is intended for someone ready to consider a sustained professional commitment and maintain an agreed recurring schedule. We value a thoughtful decision on both sides and will discuss fit, expectations and practical arrangements openly.

Professional fee arrangement

- Receive 70% of collected professional service fees, excluding applicable sales tax; 30% is allocated to the clinic for the agreed services. Full terms are provided in writing before acceptance.
- Biweekly itemised payments. The fee schedule, included support, cancellation policy and professional expenses are reviewed before acceptance.
- No separate routine clinic rent, administration or card-processing fee under this arrangement. There is no guaranteed caseload or income.

Practice environment and support
- An agreed private clinical room and standard equipment appropriate to the approved service scope, with access to secure clinic charting.
- Appointment coordination and billing administration, including direct billing where the provider, insurer and patient plan permit it.
- A clinic practitioner profile,



systems orientation and a named administrative contact for practical concerns.
- Mutually agreed appointment lengths, documentation time and recurring availability. Clinical decisions remain within your professional authority.
- Opportunities for appropriate collaboration as the team develops, with patient consent. There is no requirement to bring an existing patient list or meet product-sales targets.

Initial service focus Adult psychological care and psychotherapy within authorised practice areas; assessment services only where separately agreed.

Your responsibilities

- Assess psychological needs within authorised areas and populations; develop formulations and collaborative treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed psychological interventions, monitor progress and manage risk appropriately.
- Explain consent, confidentiality, fees and the purpose of any assessment or report.
- Maintain skilled records and coordinate relevant care with consent and clear clinical responsibility.
- Keep accurate records, protect privacy, follow professional and safety standards, and communicate reliably.

What you bring
- Current CPBAO registration as a Psychologist authorised for autonomous practice in the proposed populations and areas of practice.




- Professional liability coverage appropriate to the services offered and in place before patient care begins.
- Competence in the proposed adult clinical work, sound risk assessment and evidence-informed psychotherapy. Any assessment specialty must match authorised practice areas and available resources.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and reliable attendance in Woodbridge; applicants may commute from the GTA or beyond.

Canadian work experience and an existing patient base are not required.

Schedule and professional fit

We agree on part-time or full-time availability, appointment times, start date and time-off arrangements together. All patient appointments are in Woodbridge.
