This vital role demands engagement with 63 congregations and the development of collaborative relationships among ministry personnel. You will focus on providing resources, supporting innovative ministries, and ensuring healthy congregational life cycles. With a strong emphasis on community needs and ministry fulfilment, your contributions will be essential in fostering resilience and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise communities of faith on ministry and transitional support
• Assist in pastoral charge reviews and governance practices




• Liaise with ministry personnel for effective conflict resolution
• Provide resources for health and joy in ministry roles
• Support communities without regularly called ministers

Requirements:
• Theological degree and four years of post-secondary education
• 3-5 years of experience in similar settings
• Cultural sensitivity and collaborative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Willingness to travel and work hybrid
