This role, based in London, Ontario, focuses on both community building for students and supporting core recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates will showcase strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced gaming studio. Your expertise in sourcing talent and managing candidate experiences will be crucial to deliver measurable impacts on recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive candidate sourcing and screening for diverse pipelines
• Maintain high data standards in the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications




• Oversee student onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Represent Digital Extremes at career fairs and build co-op relationships

Requirements:
• 3+ years in HR/recruitment, tech/gaming experience preferred
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Robust interpersonal and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
