In this key role, you will assist the Activity & Volunteer Manager in planning and implementing stimulating recreational programs tailored to residents' needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning of meaningful recreational activities
• Communicate actively with residents and family members
• Manage and organize recreational supplies and equipment




• Participate in ongoing resident care assessments
• Oversee compliance with health and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Diploma in therapeutic recreation or related field
• Experience in a Long-Term Care workplace preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Commitment to uplifting elderly residents
• Physically fit to assist with activities
