Become the backbone of WorkplaceNL's collections division as the Collections Manager. Ensure regulatory compliance and drive a high-performance culture within the team.

In this vital position, you will lead the collections team with a focus on operational excellence and adherence to the Workplace Health Safety and Compensation Act. You'll be responsible for setting goals, motivating your team, and managing both training and recruitment to ensure a knowledgeable workforce. Emphasis will be placed on process improvements and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and staff within the collections division
• Create and enforce work plans to achieve objectives
• Guide staff through contentious issues and legal actions




• Facilitate training on policies and guidelines
• Enhance existing assessment systems and processes

Requirements:
• Degree in Commerce with an accounting focus
• Progressive management experience spanning five years
• Experience in the collections and accounting field
• Knowledge in systems design and development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
