As part of Medcan’s high-performance clinical team, the Cardiac Sonographer will execute echocardiography procedures, including Resting Echo Scans and FibroScans. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience and a recognized Echocardiography qualification. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health protocols and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage ultrasound equipment for exams
• Evaluate patients and coordinate their care
• Document all examination findings and use the PACS




• Perform quality assurance checks on devices
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
• Post diploma Echocardiography program completion
• Minimum one-year experience as an Echo Sonographer
• CMRITO Specialty certification in Echocardiography
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and PACS systems
