Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of snow removal teams
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct necessary training
• Communicate operational priorities and status to management
• Track performance metrics and quality control
• Develop effective schedules for winter maintenance

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence required
• Five years of relevant heavy equipment experience
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Understanding of snow and ice management
• On-call availability during peak winter periods
