In this interim role, you'll report to the Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on various maintenance tasks across DRRSB buildings. Your responsibilities will include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and overseeing unit turn-overs. Additionally, you'll perform grounds-keeping and janitorial duties while ensuring emergency repairs are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance including carpentry and plumbing
• Handle electrical repairs and building maintenance
• Perform janitorial and grounds-keeping tasks




• Respond to emergency maintenance outside regular hours
• Travel throughout the Rainy River District for job duties

Requirements:
• Two-year college diploma or similar qualification
• Minimum of three years related maintenance experience
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance protocols
• Solid communication and teamwork capabilities
• Must have a valid driver's license
