In your role as Field Specialist, you will partner with the Terminal Manager to optimize service delivery and driver performance. You’ll be responsible for managing site-specific orientations and maintaining compliance within safety standards. Additionally, you will engage in daily communication with drivers and customers to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular visits to assess driver and customer needs
• Manage the integration of new drivers and orientations




• Address service deviations while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Lead safety meetings and assess risks in the field
• Support dispatch operations and daily office management

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 / Class A Commercial License
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Around 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Robust problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Familiarity with HSSE regulations and standards
