Your expertise in minor indoor repairs, electrical maintenance, and proactive inspections will be crucial for maintaining a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor repairs: carpentry, drywalling, and painting
• Perform routine electrical maintenance

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Valid Class G driver's license required
