• Support future-state designs for NPS in Appian
• Identify and reduce inefficient current workflows

• Create standards for processes across regions and ERPs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
• 5+ years in business analysis or process design
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Proven ability in facilitating cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
