Key Responsibilities:
• Lead swim instruction and participant assessments
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans for classes
• Enforce safety through vigilant monitoring
• Educate facility users on swimming safety
• Prepare and maintain pool area for classes
Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or equivalent
• Certification as a Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor
• CPR C and Standard First Aid certifications
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
