Rayleigh Solar Tech in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager to join a fast‑growing team. You will oversee HR, immigration, corporate administration, facilities, safety programs, and tenant coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly and support leadership.
Reporting to the COO, you will manage onboarding/offboarding, vendor relations, training, event planning, and compliance, ensuring accurate records and effective processes across the organization.
