This is Residential & Retro Fit work focused on Service Upgrades, and Heat Pump electrification — no sales pressure, no chasing leads, just quality installs and service in a supportive environment where your work is valued and appreciated.

What You’ll Get

$40-$46/hour, based on experience

Monday to Thursday schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing and servicing residential electrical systems, including service upgrades and new circuits

Diagnosing electrical issues and completing safe, code-compliant repairs

Wiring panels, breakers, disconnects, and electrical components for heat pumps and other equipment

Removing and decommissioning outdated or unsafe electrical systems and components





Completing service documentation and communicating clearly with homeowners

Working safely and in accordance with provincial electrical codes and manufacturer specifications

Mentoring and supporting apprentices on electrical installations and safety best practices

What We’re Looking For

Red Seal Electrical Technician (recognized in NS)

Experience in residential is a must

Valid driver’s license

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
