This Operator position provides a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural business while promoting growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with machinery and complete general labour tasks
• Load and unload materials using forklift and manual methods
• Organize products and prepare them for delivery
• Efficiently blend fertilizers following company standards
• Explicit snow during the winter month

Requirements:
• General knowledge of equipment operation
• Clean driver’s license is required; DZ license is a plus
• Ability to lift 55lbs consistently
• Basic math and conversational English skills
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasons
