Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in guests efficiently
• Assist guests with inquiries about spa services
• Manage reservations and guest records accurately
• Process various payment methods seamlessly
• Ensure cleanliness of all spa areas and facilities

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Basic Windows suite knowledge is required
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 10 kg
