In this key role, you will focus on personal care, mobility assistance, and daily resident routines. Your work will include supporting laundry, meals, and medication administration, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and support. Adhering to health protocols, you will ensure a protected environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents in daily personal care activities
• Help serve meals and provide light housekeeping
• Follow and implement individual medication care plans
• Keep common areas clean and safe at all times
• Report resident concerns to Health and Wellness Manager

Requirements:
• Previous experience in personal care or similar services
• High school diploma; preferred post-secondary training
• Ability to effectively communicate care instructions
• Demonstrated understanding of seniors’ emotional needs
• Capacity to perform physical demands of the role
