As part of our educational team, you will work closely with the AMI Guide to create a calm and encouraging atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Montessori materials and supporting children's development in independence and social skills. Effective communication and a proactive attitude will help elevate our educational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the AMI Guide in the classroom
• Prepare and maintain Montessori educational materials
• Facilitate daily care routines and transitions
• Observe and report on children’s progress
• Ensure classroom organization and cleanliness

Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in childcare
• AMI Assistant certification or similar
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• BC Early Childhood Educator or Assistant qualification
• Strong English communication skills; French is a plus
