Become a Registered Nurse at the Central North Correctional Centre and provide impactful care in a correctional setting. Your nursing expertise will aid in patient rehabilitation and community reintegration.

This position is designed for proactive registered nurses who excel in providing a broad range of health services. Collaborating closely with an inter-professional team, you will assess patient health, monitor outcomes, and facilitate their journey towards independence. Your role plays a crucial part in addressing complex health care needs within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments
• Promote active engagement in health care planning
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans collaboratively




• Facilitate communication with external health providers
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling

Requirements:
• In good standing Registered Nurse with Ontario's college
• Experience managing diverse health care challenges
• Analytical skills for effective problem-solving
• Solid interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
• Familiarity with nursing practices and health care laws

Support the health and wellbeing of those in custody through dedicated nursing practice.
