In this leadership role, you will report to the General Manager while focusing on the physical, intellectual, and psychosocial needs of seniors. Responsibilities include using the Welbi platform for activity scheduling and assessment of resident needs. You'll work collaboratively with volunteers and community partners to ensure exceptional program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate creative activities for residents
• Involve residents in program planning
• Oversee execution of recreational activities
• Maintain up-to-date resident profiles in Welbi
• Coordinate community services related to Pastoral Care
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant recreation-related fields
• Proven leadership experience in seniors care settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of senior needs and community resources
• Valid driver’s license and recent screening
