You will provide vital support for students across a range of programs, focusing on their holistic development and retention strategies. Your collaborative approach will ensure students thrive academically and personally throughout their college journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal counselling services to students based on needs
• Boost academic success through engagement strategies
• Work with college staff for a unified support system




• Contribute to improving retention rates and student satisfaction
• Monitor student progress to promote ongoing success
