We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care setting, providing vital patient care. Enjoy a structured 4-day work schedule with 11.25 hours per shift.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse for an 18-week duration, you will deliver nursing care to patients with health challenges. You will collaborate with both patients and the healthcare team, performing necessary interventions under RN supervision. Maintaining accurate documentation is essential for compliance in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Care for patients as per defined health challenges
• Work with the healthcare team for collaborative interventions
• Follow documentation processes rigorously
• Participate in IV initiation and medication administration
• Check with Charge Nurse about practice authorizations

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid LPN license
• Minimum required clinical experience is necessary
