12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do
As a Mixing Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production process by ensuring materials are properly prepared and equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Operate and monitor the mixing line
Formulate and prepare crumb rubber mixtures according to production requirements
Identify and differentiate raw materials accurately
Safely load and unload trailers while meeting operational timelines
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all start-up, shutdown, and lockout/tagout procedures
Perform routine inspections and maintain safe work practices
Communicate effectively with office staff, truck drivers, maintenance teams, and production departments
Understand and utilize emergency safety equipment and procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
Forklift experience or certification
Experience working in an industrial production environment
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
