You will assist in facilitating recreational programs and support special events while coordinating with the Programs Manager and interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include promoting resident participation, ensuring program areas are prepped, and tracking outcomes for each activity. This position is integral to creating a vibrant community within our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recreational and social activities for residents
• Promote participation and independence among residents
• Set up and maintain program areas and supplies




• Support during activities and events, ensuring safety
• Document participation and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:
• Prior experience in program facilitation or recreation
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills
• Commitment to enhancing resident quality of life
