Findoor manufactures folding and bi-fold door systems and sells direct to customers. We’re adding an assistant in Edmonton to support our Canadian sales effort.
What you’ll do Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare and follow up on quotes
Keep the CRM accurate and current
Coordinate customers from first inquiry through order confirmation
Support the sales team with scheduling, documents, and order details
What we’re looking for 2+ years in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role (this is not an entry-level position)
Customer service experience in an office, showroom, or trade environment
Comfortable working in a CRM daily
Solid attention to detail — you’ll be handling measurements, pricing, and specs where errors are costly
Based in Edmonton and able to work from our office
Nice to have Background in building products, windows and doors, millwork, or construction
Experience with quoting or order entry systems
