Join Yorkton Community Services as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist. Facilitate exceptional care for patients in the Autism Spectrum Disorders department.
This role involves working on a temporary basis within the Public Health framework of Yorkton Community Services, with an FTE of 0.85. Reporting to the Manager of the Children's Therapy Program, you will play a vital role in organizing patient activities and delivering Speech Language Pathology services. As per collective agreement terms, preference is given to HSAS members, ensuring quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize therapy sessions for Speech Language Pathology clients
• Support implementation of qualified service guidelines
• Work closely with senior Speech Language Pathologist for guidance
• Assist children and families within the ASD area
• Maintain communication with the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Master of Speech Language Pathology degree
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Registered or eligible with SASLPA
• Membership in CASLPA required
• Travelling may be necessary
