Reporting to the Regional Vice President - Agriculture, your primary goal is to deliver personalized advice to agriculture members. As an Agriculture and Agri-business Relationship Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of AG loans and deposits and be accountable for sales, service and growth of that portfolio.

Using your agriculture/credit underwriting banking experience, you will cultivate solid working relationships with potential and existing members, the retail branch network, local business owners, and members of the qualified community. Developing and maintaining effective sales and marketing efforts to maximize AG Loan growth,



deposit growth and sales of peripheral products to help our members succeed in business Proactively building relationships with existing and future members Staying up to date on lending and deposit services, products, policies, and legislation Evaluating requests on the basis of policy, risk, and profitability Demonstrated ability in all facets of credit granting and sales of Business Banking products over a three-to-seven-year period ~ Business development, underwriting, compliance, and a basic knowledge of portfolio management ~ Experience working and developing relationships with members, potential members, influential community people and employees ~ University degree in a business discipline or sufficient experience in lieu of education Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with a passion for helping our members and businesses succeed.
