Requirements

- A degree in agriculture, business, commerce, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, relationship management and business development (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience managing a commercial loan portfolio
- Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners




- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for customer meetings
- Knowledge of the broader ag-food value chain
- Knowledge of commercial financing, risk assessment, and credit adjudication
