This part time role (minimum 21 hours/week) requires expertise in both English and French, with at least three years of relevant experience. You will offer personalized guidance and resources to assist clients in planning their careers. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client circumstances
- Offer initial and ongoing guidance through counseling sessions
- Develop customized tools and resources for clients
- Focus on career planning and adult client support
- Facilitate understanding and growth through virtual sessions

Requirements:

- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- A minimum of 3 years of career counseling experience
- Familiarity with remote work settings
- Available for part-time hours of at least 21 hours/week
- Experience with adult clientele is preferred
