Position Summary
We are looking for a Remote After-Hours Dispatch Logistics Tracker to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a great chance for someone who is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working independently, and interested in building experience in transportation and logistics.
You will provide after-hours support for trucking operations, helping ensure loads stay on schedule while responding to customer and carrier inquiries.
Location: Surrey, BC - Remote position
Candidates should be local and familiar with the Lower Mainland/Vancouver area.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift timing : 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
What you will do
- Provide after-hours support for transportation and logistics operations
- Monitor trucking orders and help ensure loads are on time
- Respond to customer and carrier calls, emails, and inquiries
- Assist customers across Eastern and Western Canada
- Enter and update information accurately in computer systems
- Follow up on transportation issues and communicate updates as needed
- Support day-to-day administrative and logistics tasks
- Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team member when required
- Provide professional and helpful customer service at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Customer service or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to use common sense and make decisions independently
- Reliable and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a transportation environment
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be located in the Surrey/Lower Mainland area
