We are seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant to provide essential support services to both students and educators. You will play a key role in facilitating classroom activities while fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Flexibility and a desire to engage with children will be crucial in this position, as will upholding confidentiality and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support classroom supervision with teacher direction • Assist students with activities and educational content • Prepare teaching materials and manage documentation • Maintain cleanliness and safety in learning spaces • Monitor lunch and recess programs
Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent • Possession of a valid driver’s license • Proficiency in computer operations required • Transparent CPIC and vulnerable persons check needed • Strong desire to work with students effectively
