Our client is a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of personal lines brokerage experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Service personal lines clients across Home, Auto, and Property

Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Liaise with clients and insurance carriers

Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities

Support clients with claims and policy questions

Maintain accurate client and policy records

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines brokerage experience

Active RIBO license

Strong communication and client service skills





Good understanding of personal lines products

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Applied EPIC experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

$45K-$59K base salary

50% commission on recent business ; no renewal commission
