In this Full time role, you will oversee the design and effectiveness of recreational and therapeutic programs tailored to seniors. Leveraging your background in Gerontology or Recreation Therapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and lead Active Living Aides in delivering meaningful experiences. Uphold compliance with industry standards and ensure programs are inclusive and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement therapeutic activities for residents' wellness
• Supervise and train recreation staff and volunteers

• Provide reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Manage the Active Living department budget

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy or similar
• 2+ years in recreational roles in long-term care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach with health professionals
