In this hands-on full-time role, you will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and development of terrain parks and trails. You’ll supervise and train the team while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Your leadership ensures that guests have an unforgettable experience at Ontario's largest mountain resort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and maintenance of terrain features
• Supervise, train, and support Terrain Parks & Trails team
• Oversee construction and repairs of park features and trails
• Conduct safety audits to meet operational standards




• Coordinate resources and budgets for efficient operations

Requirements:
• Avid skiing/snowboarding enthusiast with advanced skills
• Comfortable driving snowmobiles and trucks on steep terrain
• Ontario Safe Chainsaw Handling certificate or willingness to obtain
• Experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance preferred
• Previous experience with equipment operation is an asset
