Take charge of individual giving at Canadian Stage as the Senior Manager. This role emphasizes strategic planning and meaningful donor engagement to propel fundraising efforts.
As a pivotal contributor to the Development team, you'll report to the Vice-President, Development. With at least five years of experience, your mission will be to cultivate long-term relationships with donors while overseeing annual and mid-level giving initiatives. You'll also be actively involved in organizing donor experiences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individual giving strategies
• Manage a portfolio of active donors and prospects
• Plan donor acquisition and retention strategies
• Conduct meetings and events to foster donor relationships
• Identify and engage potential major contributors
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of fundraising experience
• Proven success managing donor relations
• Robust skills in communication and relationship building
• Experience collaborating with senior management and volunteers
• Familiarity with Tessitura or similar systems
