Your tasks include managing recruitment processes for various roles, partnering with store operations for staffing requirements, and providing ongoing support to franchise owners as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job postings and candidate interviews
• Track new hire onboarding and training processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Execute HR metric tracking for recruitment and leave management
• Provide administrative support in all HR functions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or related fields
• 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in retail
• CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset
• Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce/UKG)
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and data handling
