Saturday Responsibility
This position works Tuesday through Saturday.

On Saturdays, you will be the primary Service Advisor and front-counter contact for our Tire, Heavy-Duty and Automotive departments.

You'll be responsible for helping coordinate the day's work, assisting customers, communicating with technicians, preparing estimates and work orders, obtaining customer approvals, processing completed jobs and handling the general operation of the front counter.

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a strong fit:

Tire sales or tire service

Automotive or Heavy-Duty service advising

Automotive or Heavy-Duty parts

Commercial/fleet service

Automotive-related sales or customer service

Previous industry experience is preferred, and knowledge of passenger, light-truck, commercial, agricultural, OTR or specialty tires would be an asset.

The successful candidate should also have:

Solid customer-service and sales skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good organizational and time-management skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions

Confidence making customer follow-up and outbound sales calls

The ability to prepare accurate estimates and work orders

Basic computer, email, data-entry and point-of-sale skills

The ability to work independently while being part of a team

A professional and dependable approach to work

Who Will Do Well in This Position?
You'll probably enjoy this job if you're someone who likes a day that moves quickly.

One minute you may be quoting tires, the next you're coordinating a service call, checking product availability, talking with a technician, following up with a fleet customer or helping the service department get a job across the finish line.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well and keep things moving without needing to be reminded about every next step.

Why Join James Tirecraft?
We're a locally operated, multi-department service business supporting passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, heavy trucks and trailers.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team across our Tire, Heavy-Duty, Automotive and Parts departments. This position offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong long-term relationships with both retail and commercial customers.
