Good organizational and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions
Confidence making customer follow-up and outbound sales calls
The ability to prepare accurate estimates and work orders
Basic computer, email, data-entry and point-of-sale skills
The ability to work independently while being part of a team
A professional and dependable approach to work
Who Will Do Well in This Position?
You'll probably enjoy this job if you're someone who likes a day that moves quickly.
One minute you may be quoting tires, the next you're coordinating a service call, checking product availability, talking with a technician, following up with a fleet customer or helping the service department get a job across the finish line.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well and keep things moving without needing to be reminded about every next step.
