Industrial Manufacturing Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000 base + bonus & advantages This position is focused on developing revenue through project-based sales as well as recurring service opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to develop solutions, win projects, and build long-term commercial relationships.
Coquitlam, BC What You’ll Do Drive Revenue & Pipeline
Own the Territory: Build and execute a strategic plan to grow profitable revenue across Western Canada.
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage deals from cold outreach and site visits to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide realistic sales forecasts.
Build Industry Relationships
Target and connect with key stakeholders: contractors, consultants, engineers, and facility operators.
Represent the brand at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.




Collaborate & Deliver
Work closely with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams to build accurate, winning proposals.
Stay connected with customers post-sale to ensure seamless execution and secure recurring service business.
What You Bring Proven Experience: 7–10+ years in B2B technical sales, industrial manufacturing, construction, or engineered solutions.
Deal Closing Track Record: Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder, complex project sales.
Technical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate complex engineering concepts for both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
Tools & Travel: Proficient with CRM software; willing and able to travel across Western Canada.
Education: Degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
