As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you will supervise and support young individuals in alternative care, utilizing relational practices to foster healing and development. You are expected to engage with youth socially and recreationally and teach them vital life skills. Collaboration with families and managing crises are critical components of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement daily routines for young people
• Engage youth in educational and recreational activities
• Instruct emotional regulation and life skills
• Work alongside family members for optimal support
• Manage and de-escalate crisis situations

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in child and youth care or similar
• Experience with challenging behaviors
• Skills in crisis de-escalation
• Understanding of trauma-informed interventions
• Valid Driver's license and Certificate of Conduct
