As a Technical Supervisor, you will spearhead floor operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and effective team leadership. The position requires an individual who can guide technical teams, participate in administrative tasks, and foster solid relationships with clients. Your expertise in audiovisual operations, compliance with safety measures, and commitment to training will drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively




• Train and mentor new technicians on service expectations
• Organize daily floor activities and event management
• Perform equipment maintenance and inventory checks

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years customer service or hospitality experience
• 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
• Technical 1-Star Certification needed for internal applicants
• Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles

Lead technical operations and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.
