Support logistics operations as a Junior Technology Support Specialist. Provide essential technical assistance at our Distribution Center with a focus on network connectivity and IT systems.

This role as a Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate involves day-to-day IT support for various technology systems within the logistics setting. You will address IT-related incidents, track service requests, and assist in deploying new technology systems. Your goal will be to facilitate ongoing business operations seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily technical support for logistics systems
• Serve as the main contact for IT assistance in DC
• Track and resolve incidents using ticketing systems
• Assist in configuring and deploying new systems
• Monitor and respond to data center alarms

Requirements:
• Experience in technical support, preferably in logistics
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 systems
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage technology asset inventory
