In this supervisory role, you are integral to the success of our swim lessons. Collaborate closely with management and instructing teams to oversee lesson quality and address any discrepancies in swimmer levels. Encourage a positive atmosphere and foster relationships with families to enhance participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide instructors and ensure quality program delivery
• Communicate with parents regarding swimmer levels and concerns
• Conduct regular safety drills and audits for compliance




• Manage class assignments and facilitate timely reporting
• Maintain pool cleanliness and proper chemistry

Requirements:
• Experience in swim instruction required
• Valid LSS Swim or Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certifications
• Current First Aid certification necessary
• National Lifeguard award or equivalent
• Compliant police check for vulnerable sector
