Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate specifications and collaborate with project partners • Manage subcontractor contracts and performance • Review and approve shop drawings • Ensure timely submission of RFIs and submittals • Develop project plans and manage job costs

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years as a Commercial / Residential Project Manager • In-depth understanding of project management principles • Excellent organizational skills for managing timelines • Experience with MS Office and Worksafe BC standards • Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract
