In this position, you'll report to the Administrator and will be responsible for psychosocial assessments and organizing educational programs. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, your role will be pivotal in shaping supportive environments for residents and their families, ensuring they have access to essential community services.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop policies and objectives for the Social Services Department • Conduct assessments focusing on residents' cognition • Create supportive environments for residents • Facilitate advocacy for families in need • Chair interdisciplinary meetings and follow up as needed

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in Social Service Work • Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers • Expertise in crisis intervention and counseling • Robust organizational and communication skills • Able to work flexible hours and bilingual in English and Chinese
